Last week Bridgid of Dinkles Woodshop, and I built a chair together. We didn’t build just any chair though, we built Chris Schwarz’s latest design – the bulls%$t chair. Oh, and we filmed it. All of it.

From gathering lumber at the home center to painting our finished creation, Bridgid and I spent three days documenting our build from Chris’s forthcoming book “Build A Chair From Bulls%$t” (which goes to press in early March). This was my first time starring in a long-length instructional video; it was the best of times, it was the weirdest of times.

Bridgid and I poured our hearts into this video – I’m hopeful that our efforts will translate in the final edit. Our video will be a free download available in early April, when the book is available.

I sat down with Bridgid after our build was complete to decompress; the video below is what ensued.
