Magnificent & delicately unhinged in the framing of the process from start to finish; the camera serving the silent (if cheeky) judgement of a Greek Chorus: it’s a 10/10 for me. Top work!
Banjo music, fart noises, celestial choirs, gratuitous violence! From Les Blank to Barbara Kopple with a deft nod to David Lynch ... Cinéma vérité for the 21st century!

I am a madman and just resawed 6 drawers worth (sides and bottoms) of poplar with no power tools and I hated it. I don't have space for power tools, and am considering making a roubo saw for when I do this dumb thing again in the future. Thoughts?
Terrific video. Blood sacrifice is a typical day in the workshop for me.
Have you tried resawing with a Ryoba saw? I do okay on narrower boards, but I have troubles on wider boards such as the pine board you demonstrated on. The cut will eventually start to wander a the results aren’t what I would like.
Love these videos. I need to figure out what to do for my stuff, though. Given I lack a table saw, or a froe, and I only have a 9" 1/3 hp bandsaw. I need to up my game because rip saws are such a pain for this!
Hahaaaaahaaaa good work Katherine.
The bloody finger was a special touch 😬

I am here for this level of content. The blood dripping onto the bench was top notch. This is what the public demands.
I'm both 😂 and 😮 (as I suspect you intended 🙂)
And just a little bit of blood sacrificed in the name of Roy Underhill.

Get a bandsaw. Sorry, it's my only thought.
