As promised, another segment of Workspace Series is here, and to be honest, this week’s topic didn’t come easy for me.

While there’s certainly no shortage of different workspaces at Lost Art Press (LAP) to share, I struggle with what is perhaps most relevant. You see, I admit that maybe I’ve become a bit desensitized to the magic that is LAP. I forget at times just how special of a workplace this is. What I consider any given Tuesday, other people consider wizardry. And those people aren’t wrong.

What I didn’t know I needed was an outside perspective to remind me of just how spoiled I am.

“You know what your new Instagram could use, is a picture of your tool chest,” she said.

I paused for a moment then said, “My goodness, you’re right!”

Lightbulb!

It seems almost silly to me now that I hadn’t thought to share the evolution my tool chest has gone through in the past six months. Having built two chairs and multiple other smaller projects within that time, I’ve reorganized, added and taken away tools to best fit my needs.

So here’s where my chest is now.
